What they got right and wrong
The breakfast buffet offers a delightful variety, catering to every family member's tastes. The location proves to be extremely convenient for shopping adventures.
The hotel exhibits an outdated charm, and the lack of key card access feels quite inconvenient. Housekeeping could improve in maintenance and cleanliness. we did spot some cockroaches.

comfortable stay but not quite central
The room provided a lovely city view that made mornings brighter. The pool area was well-maintained, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The size of the room was generously spacious, allowing both comfort and freedom of movement.
The location was not good.

Couples seeking better options
The location is probably the best part, with multiple restaurants just a stone's throw away. I remember walking to a local eatery and the food was decent, reminds me of home.
Not exactly affordable, but it was manageable.

The Palace provided a comfortable and efficient setting for my recent business trip. The staff were exceptionally helpful, quickly assisting me with any inquiries and ensuring that I had everything I needed for my meetings. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and a range of local dishes, which were perfect for starting the day. Additionally, the location was convenient, allowing easy access to key business centers in the city.
I did experience a slight delay during check-in, as my room was not immediately available.

Great breakfast variety and very friendly staff, but slow check-in was annoying.

Just a top selection for a weekend getaway in Bangkok with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was easy to get into despite the late hour, but don't expect much beyond very basic accommodations. Make sure to have cash on hand for the 1000 THB deposit. the ATM isn't close, especially if you arrive late.

I enjoyed my stay with easy access to parks like Lumphini Park and nearby shopping at Terminal 21 Bangkok, making my city strolls unforgettable, while the decent gym was a nice bonus for my mornings. however, the gym could use some updating.
